1-2 weeks prior we will send a color copy of your picture day schedule and it will show the background that will be used. We will also email the schedule so you can send email blasts to your families and post on your social media.
We ask that you post the schedule in a visible place to promote your Picture Day.
Before we arrive, please have a roster printed out of each class along with siblings marked. We will also need email addresses for the students so the photo gallery can be sent to the families for viewing and purchase.

We will show up at your center and be ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
We are trained to take special care of the children so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot!
Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you.

1-2 weeks after the photoshoot, we will bring back beautifully edited proofs for the parents to order from.
The proofs will have a due date on them to either turn into the purple box at the school or order online with their personal login code.
The day after the due date, a team member will come get the purple box.
After the due date has passed, parents can keep their proof envelopes and order online using their personal login code.
Orders turned in by the due date will be brought back to the school 1-2 weeks later. Late orders made online will have a handling fee and will be mailed to the parents’ home.
Late orders will NOT be brought back with the original order.
